Neck Stretches

Neck Stretch

Use the weight of your hand to pull your head gently to the side and then forward.

Also, pull your head diagonally.

Quadriceps Stretch

Quadriceps Stretch

Stand up and face a wall.

Place your right palm against the wall for support.

Bend your right leg and reach around with your left hand and grab your right ankle.

Pull your leg up as far as possible and hold the stretch for 20 seconds.

Relax and repeat.

Repeat the stretches twice more using the left leg and right arm.

Upper and Lower Back Stretch

Upper and Lower Back Stretch

This stretch is a safe way to relax your upper and lower back.

Sit on your heels and press your chest to your thighs, reaching forward with your hands.
