Broiled Deviled Chicken Breasts
|
4 (5 ounce) chicken breast halves, skinned |
1 tsp. chili powder |

2 T PAULA'S Garlic Dressing |
1/2 tsp. dry mustard |
|
2 T water |
1/2 tsp salt |
|
1 T cider vinegar |
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce |
|
Dash of Worcestershire sauce |
|
In a wide shallow bowl, combine dressing, water, vinegar, chili powder, mustard,
salt, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Blend well.
Add chicken pieces and turn to coat.
Preheat brolier.
Set chicken, bone side up, about 6 inches from heat.
Broil 10 minutes.
Turn and baste with marinade.
Continue to broil 10-15 minutes, until chicken is white throughout but still moist.
