Spinach & Cheese Casserole

2 10 oz. packages frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well |
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese |

1 T all-purpose flour |
3 oz. lowfat Swiss cheese, shredded |
|
1/4 cup finely chopped onions |
1/8 t garlic powder |
|
1/2 cup water |
1/8 t pepper |
|
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk |
salt to taste |
|
2 egg whites |
|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Coat a 2 quart baking dish with pan spray.
Place drained spinach in a large bowl.
Sprinkle with flour and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
