Spinach & Cheese Casserole

2 10 oz. packages frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 T all-purpose flour 3 oz. lowfat Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/8 t garlic powder
1/2 cup water 1/8 t pepper
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk salt to taste
2 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350°.

Coat a 2 quart baking dish with pan spray.

Place drained spinach in a large bowl. Sprinkle with flour and mix well.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into prepared baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
