When I finally decided the time had come to go on a diet. I needed to find the one that would teach me the right way. I did not want to take off weight and put it back on. It would have been easy and convenient to buy prepared foods but would I learn anything. The answer was "no". When I heard about the Healthy Weigh program at work, I signed up. This was one of the best decisions. The support of Linda and the "group" helped me a great deal in this process. Linda brought in materials to discuss that were very informative. She really explained what I needed to do to change my way of eating. This included reading and understanding labels, controlling portion size, etc.

I have not yet reached my ultimate goal but feel great about myself and what I have accomplished. I have a whole new wardrobe and attitude thanks to Linda and the Healthy Weigh program.
